Walking Stick (prototype)

What if a cane was very slightly curved instead of being the usual straight stick ? How would it affect its perception, and would it eventually influence its holder’s stance ?

R5000 stands for the curvature radius (5000mm) applied to the tubing.

R5000 is an anodized aluminium cane I designed for the « Walking Sticks and Canes » show curated by Keiji Takeuchi and presented during the Milan Design Week at the Triennale Milano in April 2024.
